This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The Caretakers theatre group in Bern collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users, each a ‘User’, via The Caretakers website, here the ‘Site’, URL https://thecaretakers.ch/

Personal identification information

Users can at the moment via the Site A) contact The Caretakers for general info B) request to subscribe to The Caretakers newsletter or C) request to become a member of The Caretakers. For each of these there is a specific form to fill in, and for each the User needs to give personal information such as name and email address, which The Caretakers need in order to carry out the request. This personal information will only be used for the purpose for which it is given.

In addition The Caretakers may keep this personal information for any future correspondence. The User has the right to request that The Caretakers remove their personal information at any time.
And for the newsletter, if a User has subscribed, then they can unsubscribe at any time by either contacting The Caretakers or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter.

Non-personal identification information

Non-personal identification information may include what pages are visited, the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site.

Whenever a User interacts with our Site, The Caretakers do not at the moment collect any such non-personal identification information about the User.
