The Caretakers AGM usually takes place towards the end of the calendar year. All members are invited to attend and suggest items for the agenda. The AGM is where we typically discuss previous, current and upcoming projects as well as general Caretakers affairs, such as finances, the website and social media, PR and any other issues that come up during the year.
The AGM also serves as a platform for members to get to know each other, exchange ideas and vote on the Caretakers committee members, both current and new (for more information on the Caretakers committee and what they do click here).
