Annual General Meeting

It’s time for our Annual General Meeting (AGM)!
The meeting will take place on the 10th of September at the Stube im PROGR and we will provide some festive sustenance. Therefore, we ask you to please sign up via the Doodle before Friday 9th of September, so we can estimate food and drinks.

The meeting will start promptly at 16:30 but do show up as of 16 and grab a drink. During the AGM itself we will discuss projects of the past year, finances, and future projects. New members of the committee also have to be confirmed by a vote. All members are welcome to bring any questions, ideas, and concerns to the meeting.
We have booked the venue until 23:00, leaving us plenty of time to socialize afterwards. Should we wish to continue the festivities, the Turnhalle is right next door.
